Board Members and Board of Governors

Members of the ELIYA board:

Tamar Fisher- BA in East Asian Studies from the Hebrew University and MA in History from Tel Aviv University.
Tamar has been volunteering in Eliya since 2012 in the field of resource development.

Assaf Greenfeld– An entrepreneur and investor in various fields. The director of several companies, including the crowd funding company Headstart, the logistics company Globus and the new media company The Box. Assaf has an MBA with a specialization in marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship from the Tel Aviv University.

Ron Weisberg – is the CEO of IBI and has a vast experience in finance including setting up the investment department in IBI and heading it.

Anat Decker– Partner and manager of an engineering company which specializes in planning, managing and supervising civil engineering projects. She has a B.A in Geography and Land of Israel studies from the Bar Ilan University and a certificate in Business Studies. She has vast experience in financial management, human resource management and administration in multidisciplinary companies.

Yuval Ozery– Owner and CEO of Shikma organization which specializes in event planning for companies and organizations.

Joeri  Krisberg– Lawyer and partner in the law firm Yigal Arnon. Specializes in the areas of Hi-Tech, investments, mergers and acquisitions and commercial activities.

 Harry Schwarz – Works at Cyber Arc and is a parent representative on ELIYA board since  2019

Kobi Sit– Lawyer. Has an LLB and a B.A in Economics from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA with specialization in finance from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. He is the CEO of Fibi Holdings Ltd., the director of the International Bank and the owner and CEO of a private company in the area of finance and real estate. 

Itamar Gibton- Lawyer, economist served as general manager, group of mobility devices, and deputy CEO of the group of movement devices and chief financial officer.

Chaim Schwarzbard – CPA, graduated with honors from the Department of Economics and Accounting at Tel Aviv University in 1981 and has been an accountant in Israel since 1982. In recent years, he has also served as the CFO of the Deloitte Israel Group.
